The Challenge
Private healthcare and dental provider MyHealthcare Clinic appointed us as strategic design partners in the design and fit-out of their brand-new clinic in Fulham.
What we did
Leading on all elements of the design and fit-out, we began the project with customer profiling. The research provided MyHealthcare with a better understanding of the local demographics, but crucially build an accurate customer profile to feed into the design strategy.
Clever space planning helped us to establish the best use of space and achieve the most effective patient experience and flow throughout the clinic.
Additionally, we focused on developing MyHealthcare’s brand to translate into the physical environment, new shopfront and striking entrance and the considered use of materials, fixtures and fittings to elevate the interior design.
