It’s not just about what happens on site. As well as ensuring a smooth-running build process, an experienced, industry-savvy contractor will also make sure that your fit-out is competitively priced, accurately manufactured and delivered to the highest standards, on spec, on budget and on-time.
Finding a contractor
We’re committed to helping you to find the right contractor. With vast experience of working with contractors across the UK, we’ve cultivated a network of capable, highly trusted, industry-experienced contractors that we’re happy to recommend.
We always advise that you tender your project to at least three contractors. That way, you’re more likely to receive competitive quotes and find someone who’s a good fit for you and your project.
Preparing tender submissions
We’ll prepare a comprehensive tender submission to help ensure a competitive and transparent tender process. Our tender submissions include a full scope of works document, a detailed drawings pack (including full specification) plus a costing template.
Costing your fit-out
No two jobs are ever the same. Whatever the size and scope of your fit-out, costing the project is a complex process with detailed budgets covering materials, labour and levels of finish.
We’ll guide you on costs, allowing for an effective fit-out whilst making sure that you’re getting good value for money.
Managing contractors
We’ll provide comprehensive design management support and guidance throughout your fit-out to ensure it is successfully delivered.
It takes a lot of careful planning and co-ordination – there’s a lot of moving parts that need to be managed. As well as ongoing monitoring and adjustments to overcome challenges that arise as the project progresses, we’re happy to attend on-site review points, provide continuous liaison with contractors and trades.
Review & Snagging
The final stage of fit-out is the review and snagging process – this is a chance to identify any challenges or changes that have arisen during the fit-out.
At this point, one of our lead designers will make sure everything has been addressed and resolved satisfactorily. Having reviewed the fit-out on completion, they’ll sign off the project and approve handover for you to start using your new space.
