The Challenge
Uform asked us to conceptualise a new physical space designed to challenge the traditional trade counter and showroom model.
As a leading supplier within the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sector, they wanted to better understand how their environment could evolve to support changing customer expectations while elevating brand experience.
The ambition was to create a more progressive destination that balanced trade functionality with a stronger, more engaging customer journey.
What we did
We developed a strategic concept focused on rethinking the traditional supplier environment.
Our approach explored how spatial design could better support multiple customer groups, enhance product engagement, and create a more experience-led destination without losing the practicality essential to Uform’s trade audience.
Through strategic planning, customer journey thinking and brand-led design, we helped shape a concept that challenged conventional expectations of what a trade-focused showroom could be.
