The Challenge
Sapphire Eye Care came to us with a clear mission – to create a workspace where their employees would feel proud to work. An office environment that would empower their teams to provide patients with the highest standards of care.
The relocation of Sapphire Eye Care offices to a rural barn conversion gave us the perfect opportunity to design a bespoke space completely aligned with the needs of their employees and the business.
What we did
The brand heavily inspired the interior design. But, like most businesses, Sapphire’s brand hadn’t been developed with a three-dimensional element in mind. That’s why we invested time to understand the brand, values, and culture to align them with different interior design elements – the layout, lighting, flooring, furniture, colours, graphics, and materials.
The barn was compact, so it was essential to create an open feel while providing staff with private workspaces to allow them to concentrate and consult with patients, so we carefully considered the layout and acoustics of the space.
