The Challenge
Karen Lockyer’s practice relocation was driven by business growth – the need for more clinical and consulting rooms and space to provide bespoke styling consultations for patients.
On top of that, the existing practice didn’t have the potential for the business to evolve, and the location was ineffective in leveraging the busy high street surrounding.
Design Approach
First and foremost, we needed to understand if the unit had the potential to fulfil Karen Lockyer’s vision, so we completed feasibility survey and layout review and space plans to understand the possibility of the space.
Karen Lockyer’s new vision with her new practice provided the opportunity to develop the brand identity. We re-designed key elements of the brand, including logo, colour palette, fonts, tone of voice and key messaging.
Aesthetically, our plan for the concept was to create a stylish and contemporary design theme while achieving a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We produced a comprehensive tender pack to include detailed drawings for competitive fitout costing as well as all the information required to accurately manufacture and implement the new practice concept.
